Busting gender myths in FinTech
Think women need to work on their confidence? Think again! Nadia Edwards-Dashti (Harrington Starr) will bust common myths, drawing on 19 years of experience recruiting in the financial services technology sector and the hundreds of conversations she's had with women working in it. 

Fireplace chat with Antony Jenkins and Becky Pinkard
10x's CEO, Antony, will sit down with Becky, MD Global Cyber Operations, at Barclays to discuss how she forged her career spanning nearly three decades in information technology and security. Expect a frank and lively exchange with lessons learned along the way to smashing the glass ceiling.

Anne Gosal
Anne is a Partner at KPMG where she leads the FS Technology Strategy and Transformation practice. Anne started her professional career as a barrister ~20 years ago but her passion and curiosity led her to the world of technology advisory. She now routinely works with some of the world’s foremost FS businesses on everything from technology strategy to executing complex technology-enabled business change.

Anne is a huge advocate for diversity in the workplace and building an inclusive culture. She’s the executive sponsor for IT’s Her Future - KPMG’s flagship women in technology.

Becky Pinkard
Becky is a renowned practitioner and commentator on the information security sector who has been working in information technology and security since 1996. She has had senior roles at companies including BlackBerry, Vodafone and Aldermore Bank PLC, and is currently MD Global Cyber Operations at Barclays. 

Becky is an active advocate for promoting diversity and inclusion in business and is a co-founder of the ‘We Empower Diversity in Start-ups’ (WEDS) group. She has been a CyLon mentor since 2017, providing cyber security, operations and client success guidance to entrepreneurs. She also co-hosts a monthly podcast, Cyber Warrior Princess, focused on current cyber security related commentary.

Cheryl Razzell
Cheryl is a world-class technical leader with over 20+ years of experience in driving business value via technology. A seasoned public speaker, a digital disruptor, and a mentor & advocate for women in tech, Cheryl helps organisations implement a DevOps working practice and migration to the cloud.

Cheryl is currently Head of Compute Solution Architecture, AWS where she empowering businesses to thrive in the cloud.

Nadia Edwards-Dashti 
Meet Nadia Co-Founder of Harrington Starr Group, a leading FinTech recruitment firm. Having recruited in the financial services technology sector for 19 years, Nadia has been responsible for helping companies grow and people grow their careers while driving inclusion in the sector.

As Chief Customer Officer, she hosts 'Fintech’s DEI Discussions’ podcast, sharing stories of equitable change in the industry. Nadia authored 'FinTech Women Walk the Talk,' featuring 100+ podcast interviewees. Her gender equality campaigns include the award-winning “Talent Equity List". A recipient of numerous accolades, she's an Industrial Fellow at the University of East London and a Forbes.com contributor.

Nicole Sanders
Nicole began her career in growth-focussed roles in financial services; including a two year stint in India before reaching board-level at an insurtech start-up by 30. Encouraged by her mentor to follow her dreams, she set up her own start-up; proved concept and received investment offers before its closure during lockdown. 

Taking the decision to return to employment and grow laterally, Nicole has been volunteering with The Girls Network for four years and is working on a mission to bring financial literacy to those who need it.

Oge Opara-Nadi
Oge comes from a strong software engineering background with over two decades of experience and is currently Head of Release & Change Management at 10x. She is passionate about empowering engineering teams to deliver capabilities quickly, with minimum friction & to optimum quality. She is Chair of 10x’s Women in Engineering network and part of the EDI committee.
