Our impact
Our commitment
For us, impact means caring about the world and making it better. It’s one of our three core values alongside transformation and integrity, and it’s at the heart of everything we do.
We strive to make a positive impact on society and make the world a better place for people, communities, businesses, and the environment.
We aim for 10x better. And we’re committed to operating as a transparent, ethical, and responsible business.

What is impact?
At some companies, you might hear these activities talked about under the umbrellas of corporate social responsibility (CSR) or environmental, social and governance (ESG).
We use the term 'be impactful' as a call to action, reminding us that it is every 10xer’s responsibility to make a positive impact.
These aren’t just words for us. Be impactful is a company-wide objective, we have a dedicated impact team and we report on our progress to our board and investors.
Not just words
We’re proud to be a B Corp certified business and a committed participant in the UN Global Compact. For us, these aren’t just badges – they’re a clear signal that we’re serious about using business as a force for good and doing it in line with globally recognized standards.
Being part of these communities means holding ourselves to high expectations. We meet rigorous social and environmental performance requirements, and publish our progress each year so anyone can see how we’re doing.
We stand alongside a community of businesses committed to creating positive impact around the world.

Impact in action
Every 10xer gets a paid volunteer day each year, which they can use at an activity organized by the Impact team or with a charity of their choice. In the past, we’ve supported organizations like The Children’s Project, Our Big Kitchen and Thornberry Animal Sanctuary.
Our award‑winning Future of Tech program creates opportunities for young people under‑represented in the industry through career insight days, work experience placements and school careers fairs.
We also support women across the wider tech community by hosting events, workshops and roundtables designed to move the dial at a senior level.
Our working group
Our working group was set up to make sure environmental sustainability is considered across every part of the business. Chaired by the Impact team and sponsored by our Chief Product & Technology Officer, it's genuinely a collaborative effort.
We meet quarterly to drive our action plan forward, focusing on our carbon footprint, offsetting approach, supply‑chain transparency and our Scope 3 emissions.
We also keep learning, working with external experts to ensure our plans are guided by the best available insight.

Supporting 10xers
We love bringing people together, whether it’s through run clubs, shared cultural celebrations or simple moments that help everyone connect.
Every quarter, the whole team comes together for our 10x Together Days, where we hear business updates and get the chance to socialize.
Our employee networks also play a big part in shaping who we are. They make sure every 10xer feels seen and heard, and include our Parents & Carers, Women & Friends and LGBT+ Pride communities.
Our UK team has private medical insurance with mental health cover, and globally people can access counseling through our Employee Assistance Programs. We also offer four wellbeing days a year for people to use however they need.
We take a holistic view of wellbeing, supporting physical, mental and social health through sports challenges and run clubs.
Throughout the year, we host simple, practical workshops on topics like sleep, nutrition and healthy habits.
We work in an industry where women are under‑represented, and we’re committed to helping change that.
Our Women & Friends employee network, in collaboration with our People and Impact teams, focuses on supporting women at 10x and helping them build the careers they want.
We do this through policy reviews, regular socials, workshop series and peer‑to‑peer support that creates space to learn, grow and connect.
