Our impact commitment

For us, impact means caring about the world and making it better. It’s one of our three core values alongside transformation and integrity, and it’s at the heart of everything we do.  

We strive to make a positive impact on society and make the world a better place for people, communities, businesses, and the environment.  

We aim for 10x better. And we’re committed to operating as a transparent, ethical, and responsible business.


Why impact?

At some companies, you might hear these activities talked about under the umbrellas of corporate social responsibility (CSR) or environmental, social and governance (ESG).

We use the term 'be impactful' as a call to action, reminding us that it is every 10xer’s responsibility to make a positive impact.

These aren’t just words for us. Be impactful is a company-wide objective, and we report on our progress to our board and investors.

B Corp certified 

We are proud to be a B Corp certified company. B Corp Certification is recognition of a company’s commitment to making business a force for good.  
To achieve this certification, companies must meet rigorous standards, demonstrating exceptional social and environmental performance. We have also made a legal commitment to stakeholder accountability. 

Impact team

The impact team

10x has a dedicated Impact team that drives our vision. They put our people, our community, and our planet at the forefront of everything we do.

We also have an Impact Committee made up of representatives from across the business, including senior leadership 

Our strategy


We want every 10xer to feel excited by their work, in an environment where they feel they belong.  

Alongside offering transformational work, agile working policies and a suite of benefits, we support 10xers in many ways. We run regular wellbeing months, office socials and have employee assistance programs in place, offering counselling and other support.  

Our employee networks drive our equity, diversity and inclusion strategy, ensuring the voice of every 10xer is heard.  


In 2023, we began measuring and baselining our carbon footprint, in line with Greenhouse Gas protocol. And we're now committed to doing this annually. 

This forms one part of our measure, reduce, offset plan. We work across the company to identify ways to reduce our carbon footprint. We're planning to offset emissions that are essential to the operating of our business.


We're at the start of our net zero journey and know there is more to do. We're constantly learning and are committed to sharing our findings as we go.   


Every 10xer is given a paid volunteering day. Many choose initiatives close to their hearts, while others take part in our events with charities. Charities we have worked with include The Children’s Book Project, Education and Employers, and The Passage.  

Our future of tech initiative helps young people from underrepresented backgrounds break into the industry. We partner with local schools and charities such as codebar to run careers sessions and mentoring.   

We host fundraising events throughout the year such as the Macmillan Bake Sale. And we also fundraise match 10xers’ individual efforts.
