Meet our leadership team
Antony Jenkins CBE
Antony is committed to driving the digital economy beyond the boundaries of 10x; he serves as Group Chairman of Currencies Direct, the leading UK non-bank provider of foreign exchange and international payment services, a board member of Blockchain, the world’s leading software platform for digital assets, and Board Director for US mortgage lending giant Fannie Mae. Antony is also an external member of the Prudential Regulation Committee.
Additionally, Antony is committed to advancing digital education and skills in the workforce; his dedication to the advancement of learning is recognised in his role at the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education, which he led as Chair through to the summer of 2021.
Before creating 10x, Antony served as Group CEO of Barclays plc for three years.
Antony was awarded a CBE for services to business in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in June 2021.
As part of his focus, he directs 10x’s financial and investor strategy and oversees the group’s risk, finance, legal, HR, operations and vendor management activities. Curt has nearly 30 years’ experience in retail banking, consumer lending, risk and control, credit cards, treasury and finance.
In the three years to 2018, Curt was CEO of Barclays US consumer bank. He previously worked as Barclays’ Chief Financial Officer for Personal and Corporate Banking in London. He also served as CEO and CFO for Barclays Europe Retail and Business Banking, CFO for Barclays Africa Retail and Business Banking and CFO for Barclaycard.
Prior to joining Barclays, Curt held executive positions in the US at Citi and Bank of America following roles as a senior auditor with BDO in New York.
Dr. Leda Glyptis
Dr. Leda Glyptis
She leads business development, client delivery and growth, partnerships, marketing and communications.
Leda is a former banker, technology executive and founding CEO of 11:FS Foundry, where she led the growth of its modular core digital banking offering. Prior to that, Leda was Chief Innovation Officer at Qatar National Bank, the largest bank in the Middle East and North Africa, with responsibilities for employee-driven and market-led innovation strategy and execution.
Prior to QNB, Leda was a Director at business and technology consulting firm Sapient, focusing on digital transformation and emerging technologies, and led EMEA innovation at BNY Mellon. Leda joined BNY Mellon from fintech start-up Great East London Software, where she served as Head of Services Development.
Leda holds an MA from King’s College, Cambridge, and an MSc and PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has taught politics, global governance and management principles, while working in management roles across various industries.
Mark, who was named the UK’s second-most influential and innovative CIO in 2018 by CIO Magazine, is an experienced and well-known CTO, IT leader and engineer in the industry. He has more than 20 years of experience in technology roles, most recently as Chief Technology Officer at Trainline, Europe’s leading train and coach app. Before that Mark held CTO, architect and advisory roles at businesses including CPA Global, an intellectual property management and IP software specialist, trading software company Trayport, ABN AMRO, Avis Europe, GE Capital and the Financial Times. Mark has an MBA from the London Business School and is a graduate of King’s College in computer science.
Leigh joined 10x in early 2017, several months after the business was founded. Our client focus is on support around not only SME, but also BaaS and core banking platform development and Leigh has worked across all of these. As part of his experience prior to 10x, Leigh was Head of Customer Services and Lending for Lloyds Business Banking. As well Lloyds, Leigh has worked at Halifax and Lloyds International.
Frederik joined 10x in early 2021 from Trainline where he was their Director of Engineering having held previous roles at the business over the past decade including Chief Architect and Head of Engineering. Prior to Trainline, Frederik was Co-Founder of an analytics start-up and worked at businesses such as IVIS Group, Smarterwork and Alcatel.
At 10x his focus is on building world class, cloud native core banking technology and technology teams.
David also oversees the company’s approach to change management and internal communications to enable great people to thrive and be empowered while ensuring it is a 10x better place to work.
David has strong experience leading HR teams across the Technology, FinTech & Financial Services sectors at companies such as Trainline, Lloyds Banking Group, Sage and earlier stage FinTech businesses. David is passionate about creating environments where people can fulfil their potential.
The 10x Impact Agenda supports our corporate social responsibility priorities as we seek opportunities through what we do to have a positive impact, particularly for those less advantaged.
Amanda has extensive commercial, educational and volunteer experience within and outside the third sector both within the UK and internationally.
After completing her degree in German, Amanda spent the next decade in the Lloyd’s Insurance Market, followed by senior roles with two New York law firms. She has also taught English as a second language and worked as a cross-cultural trainer for high-ranking executives from around the world.
Amanda is a UK board member for Teach for All and Reboot the Future. She also participates in donating groups, mentors, advises and supports small charities and has established her own Family Foundation. Her passion is tackling inequality among the younger generation and women.
Katherine plays a key role in the strategic growth of 10x, responsible for embedding and evolving risk and resilience strategy, and ensuring 10x operates in control.
Katherine is an experienced risk management leader in a wide range of industries including aviation, payment services (FinTech), telecoms, broadcasting (BT Sport), transportation and public sector.
Previously she was the Group Head of Risk at fintech Zepz. Prior to that she was the Chief Risk Advisor at BT Group - Consumer ( inc. EE, Plusnet and BT Sport).
She has an MBA from London Business School, BSc(Hons) Psychology from Warwick University, MSc Human-Computer Interaction from UCL.
