Meet the 10x team

Additionally, since April 2021, Antony has been an external member of the Prudential Regulation Committee for the Bank of England. He is also Chair of Currencies Direct—the first non-bank foreign exchange payments specialists in the U.K.

Previously, Antony held  leadership positions at Citigroup and Barclays PLC, including as Group Chief Executive Barclays(2012-2015).

Antony was awarded a CBE for services to business in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in June 2021.

Amanda has extensive commercial, educational and volunteer experience within and outside the third sector both within the UK and internationally. 

After completing her degree in German, Amanda spent the next decade in the Lloyd’s Insurance Market, followed by senior roles with two New York law firms. She has also taught English as a second language and worked as a cross-cultural trainer for high-ranking executives from around the world. 

Amanda is a UK board member for Teach for All and Reboot the Future. She also participates in donating groups, mentors, advises and supports small charities and has established her own Family Foundation. Her passion is tackling inequality among the younger generation and women. 

As part of her role, Katherine’s primary focus is to ensure that 10x operates in control to drive our continued growth. She is dedicated to embedding a strong, risk aware culture that steers strategic decision-making. She is an experienced leader with risk management experience in a wide range of industries including aviation, payment services (fintech), telecoms, transportation and public sector. Previously she was the Group Head of Risk at fintech Zepz. Prior to that she was the Chief Risk Advisor at the Consumer arm of BT Group plc.

She has an MBA from London Business School, BSc (Hons) Psychology from Warwick University, and MSC Human-Computer Interaction from UCL.

Katy also oversees the company’s approach to change management and employee experience to enable great people to thrive and be empowered, while ensuring it is a 10x better place to work.

Over the last 20 years, Katy has led HR teams and delivered people strategies across the banking and automotive sectors at companies such as Barclays and Jaguar Land Rover. Following a period of working as an independent consultant in the charity sector, and initially as a consultant to 10x, Katy came on board permanently in 2021 to continue creating an environment where people can fulfil their potential and be proud to work for 10x.

Miles brings diverse experience across startups, consulting, and largescale transformation, spanning supply chain traceability, ecommerce innovation, antigambling technology, and building global medical communities. At OpenCredo, he led major cloud and microservice migrations for government and fintech clients.

He first joined 10x as a consultant in 2018, before moving into architecture leadership across core product areas.

Most recently, Miles has focused on making development processes seamless, improving code to client efficiency, and taking a thoughtful, responsible approach to AI integration.

Okan has more than 20 years experience leading product teams across the fintech, financial services, and consumer product sectors at companies such as Signifyd Inc, Fiserv, and JP Morgan Chase.  

Most recently, Okan was leading Signifyd’s expansion into financial services. Prior to Signifyd, Okan managed the Merchant Services Product team at First Data/ Fiserv for the EMEA region. 

Prior to Fiserv, Okan spent ten years at JP Morgan Chase in product, corporate banking and internal consulting (transformation) functions. 

Okan holds a bachelor's degree from Tulane University, New Orleans, and received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

With a background in software engineering, Richard focuses on ensuring that security is designed into systems from the ground up. His engineering experience allows him to communicate effectively with developers and help create a culture that encourages secure software delivery.

Tom is responsible for delivering core transformation to our banking and financial services customers.   

He brings over 18 years of global experience in core banking and fintech, having held senior roles at Temenos, Thought Machine, as well as Chief Commercial Officer at Vodeno.

Most recently, Tom was part of the founding team at NatWest Boxed, the embedded finance venture from NatWest Group, where he served as Head of Growth.
