At 10x Banking, we’re proud to be a signatory to the Women in Finance Charter, reaffirming our commitment to building a more inclusive financial services industry. Each year, we publish an update on our progress against the targets we’ve set for female representation in senior management. Here’s where we stand today.
We’ve committed to increasing female representation in senior management to 25% by July 2026. We define senior management as leadership levels 6–8 in our career leveling framework. This target reflects our ambition to create meaningful change while remaining achievable given our company size.

While female representation in senior management has dipped, the increase at Executive Committee level is a significant step forward. This progress at the very top reflects our commitment to building a leadership team that better represents the diversity of our communities. We remain focused on achieving our target and driving improvement across all leadership tiers in 2026.
We’re taking a three-pronged approach to reach our targets. We will develop the pipeline of future talent, attract women to join us, and invest in the growth of the talented women already at 10x.
Our 2025 work experience cohort on a trip, organized by 10x, to the Old Bailey
These programs are designed to spark interest, build confidence, and show the breadth of opportunities available in technology and financial services. By engaging early, we aim to help shape the next generation of diverse leaders.

In response to these insights, we launched two dedicated programs designed to accelerate progress:
Our first Communicating with Confidence workshop
We’ll also continue to build the 10x community through our Women & Friends network, hosting lunches, socials, and other events throughout the year to foster connection, support, and shared learning.
We believe these initiatives, combined with our inclusive policies and authentic storytelling, will help us meet our target and foster a culture where talent thrives regardless of gender.
