Amanda’s leadership playbook is practical: start with small commitments, measure what matters, and iterate. And her stance is simple: if a 10xer brings an idea that could benefit the team, the community, or our products, we give it a go – pilot quickly, learn fast, and scale what works. Mentoring sessions that began with a local school have since grown into a fully fledged Future of Tech program that features office visits, insight sessions with university students, and interactive work experience weeks for schools. Proof that consistent, modest investments compound into meaningful inclusion and social mobility.
